Refund policy

Shop Dozo — Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Made-to-Order / Custom Production
All clothing items (including nightsuits) are made to order, and therefore returns purely for change of mind are not accepted.
2. Exchanges for Sizing or Fit Issues
If you receive an item that doesn’t fit (or has size/fit issues), you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item for exchange.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.
In such cases, the brand should bear the return shipping cost (or arrange a pickup) — this should be clearly stated.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and sent to production, cancellation is not allowed.
5. Refunds
Since returns for change of mind are not allowed, refunds are generally not provided in those cases.
Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases (e.g. order never shipped, item out of stock) at the discretion of Shop Dozo.
For defective/incorrect items, after inspection and approval, refund (if offered instead of exchange) will be processed to the original payment method within a defined timeframe (e.g. 5-10 business days).
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Customized, personalized, sale, or clearance items may not be eligible for exchange or refund — this must be clearly stated.
